Serves 8-10
| 3 T. | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | Medium Onions, minced |
| 1 | Medium red bell pepper, minced |
| 3 cups | Ketchup |
| 1/2 cup | Bourbon |
| 1/2 cup | Packed Brown Sugar |
| 2 T. | Creole Mustard |
| 1/2 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 T | Chef Johnny's SesameSoySeasoning |
| 2 12 oz Packages | beef franks, cut into 1-inch pieces |
In a 4-quart saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and bell pepper and cook, stirring often. Cook until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the ketchup, bourbon, brown sugar, Creole Mustard Worcestershire and Sesame Soy Seasoning. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the franks and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
