
Super Bowl Baked Brie

green onions, chopped, white and green

First thing to do is to make the Honey Mustard. Prepared mustard is OK but to make this zing with flavor, use Creole Mustard. Mix ½ cup of honey to ½ cup of your choice of mustard.
Cut the top rind off the round of Brie leaving the sides and bottom rind. Line a cookie sheet or pizza pan with aluminum foil and place the round in the center. Spread the top with the honey mustard, chopped onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with French bread, snack crackers. Also good with slices of apple! If you do not have a round of Brie, use a slice, but be careful not to over bake so the cheese melts down and out on the sides.
