SOUTHWEST CHICKEN   Chef Johnny

Serves 4

4 -- 6oz                    Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts

                             Chef Johnny’s Southwest Santa Fe

                             Spray Olive Oil, garlic flavored

                                  Or Spray Vegetable Oil

 

Wrap chicken with heavy food film and pound out to thin.

Prepare chicken by coating with Southwest Santa Fe  Rub.  Spray with the oil and pan fry or broil. 

Serve with steamed vegetables and black beans or Spanish rice.
