Yields 1 1/3 cups
1-tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1-tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons
maple syrup
1-tablespoon
soy sauce
1-teaspoon
minced shallot
1-teaspoon
pureed garlic
1-teaspoon
sugar
1-teaspoon
course ground French mustard
1-cup
olive oil
In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegars, syrup,
soy sauce, shallots, garlic, sugar and mustard. Add the oil in a slow stream and whisk the dressing until it
completely incorporates.
