Creole Mustard/Horseradish

1/2 cup Heavy Duty Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Creole Mustard or Coarse French Ground
1/2 T. Prepared Horseradish
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Chef Johnny's Sesame Soy & Orange
1 Lemon, Juiced

Whisk all of the ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Serve as a sauce for broiled fish, fried shellfish or soft shell crabs and crab cakes. Great on steaks and hamburgers!
