Boneless skinless chicken breast
Chef Johnny’s E-Z Season

Soft tortilla shell
1/2cup
Shredded lettuce
1/4cup
Diced red tomato
2T
Caesar dressing, store bought fine.
Season
the chicken with Chef
Johnny’s E-Z season
and pan fry or broil the chicken breast.
Allow to cool and dice into ˝ dice.
Mix
with the Caesar dressing and place into a plastic micro-wavable container.
In a zip lock sandwich bag, place the diced tomatoes and in another bag,
place the lettuce.
Wrap a soft tortilla wrap in plastic food wrap.
Take all three items to work and refrigerate.
When you are ready for lunch,
microwave the chicken until hot.
Unwrap the tortilla wrap and pour the chicken onto the center and spread
it out in an even row.
Top with the tomatoes and lettuce and wrap it into a tube.
If you like cheese, take shredded cheese of your choice and add to wrap
before rolling into a tube.
