"Wonder Cake"              5 PAWS...MR BONES

Nancy says her mother gave her this recipe. She reports it is the moistest cake she's ever had!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with vegetable oil and coat with cocoa powder.

Sift together:
3 cups flour
6 T. cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Make 3 holes in the dry sifted ingredients.

Add:
3/4 cup vegetable oil in one hole
2 tsp. vanilla in another hole
2 T. vinegar in the third hole

Pour
2 cups water over the ingredients

Mix thoroughly. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 35-45 minutes until toothpick comes out of center clean. Cool on a wire rack. It is so moist that frosting isn't needed, but you can frost after cooling. Enjoy!!
