Southern Seafood Seasoning

Made in the Old South for Seafood Loves.  NO MSG! 5oz


Old South Grouper

Ingredients:

  • 4--Grouper Skinless filets (Talipia filet is also fine) 
  • The best tartar sauce you can buy.
  • Southern Seafood Seasoning

Instructions:

 Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable oil, place the filets on sheet and season with Southern Seafood Seasoning.  Add 2oz of white wine to pan to keep fish moist. Broil in a 400 degree oven until meat is flaky.  Remove and place on a dinner plate and serve with saffron rice or French fried potatoes and hush puppies. 

It doesn't get much better!
