Spicy Peach Relish

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Diced Peaches

• 1/2 cup Diced Red Bell pepper

• 1/3 cup Rice Wine vinegar

• 1/4 cup minced green onion

• 2 Tbl sugar

• 2 Tbl Minced peeled fresh ginger

• 1 Tbl Smoky Spicy Sweet & Hot

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients together and let stand at room temperature for one hour.  Serve over broiled fish or on pork.
