Pecan Pumpkin Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1 Roasting Chicken

• Vegetable Oil Spray

• Pecan Pumpkin Almond Rub

 

Instructions:

Rub seasoning all over the chicken.  Place on a roasting rack in a roasting pan and then spray with vegetable oil.  Place into a 325 degree oven on middle rack.  Roast until internal temperature of thickest part of chicken is 165 degrees.  Remove from oven and serve.

Try this on turkey or duck!!
