Onion Lover's Omelet

Ingredients:

• 3 fresh eggs

• 1 green onion chopped

• 1 tsp sour crème

• 1 Tbl each dried chives and parsley

• 1/2 tsp Onion Lover's

• 2 Tbl heavy cream

• 1 tsp butter

• 1 tsp olive or canola oil

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Use a non-stick small sauté pan over medium heat.  Add butter and oil until hot.  Add mixture and allow to cook until it begins to set up.  Carefully flip over and continue to cook but do not allow to brown.  Stuff with shredded cheese and chopped bacon..
