Mesquite Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

• 4 cups Diced Cooked Chicken breast meat

• 2 cups Mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup each: celery, onion, Red bell pepper.

• 1 Tbl Mesquite Grill

• 1 Tbl Creole Season

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, Creole & Mesquite seasoning, thoroughly mix.  In a larger mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.  Add the seasoned mayonnaise mixture and thoroughly blend. 

Refrigerate for at least one hour or until chilled.

Your family will rave about this Chicken Salad!
