Maple Walnut Steak

Ingredients:

• 8oz Beef Filet

• 1 Tbl oil

• Maple Walnut Rub

 

Instructions:

Rub Beef Filet with Maple Walnut Rub and place in a sealing food bag.  Sprinkle oil in bag and seal.  Shake bag to coat filet with oil and seasoning.  Let sit on counter for 30minutes.  Place on hot grill and cook to desired doneness.

Try this on turkey or duck!!
