Louisiana Creole Seasoning

Traditional New Orleans Creole Flavor.  NO MSG! 5oz


Creole Compound Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb softened butter

  • 2 Tbl Louisiana Creole Seasoning

  • 1-4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Allow butter to warm to room temperature.  Chop parsley fine.  Add the Louisiana Creole seasoning, chopped parsley to a bowl with the softened butter.  With a wooden spoon, slowly work together the ingredients.  When combined, place a large piece of waxed paper on a clean table top.  Place the butter on the waxed paper and roll unto into a log.  Refrigerate until stiff.  Serve as a condiment on steamed vegetables or on roasted beef or pork. 

Use compound butter to add flavor and zest to your dishes!
