Gramma Nettie's Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 Pie Shell
• 1 15oz can pumpkin
• 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 tsp Holiday Pie Spice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425degrees F. Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, Pie Spice and salt with mixer.  Pour into unbaked shell.  Cook for 15min then reduce heat to 350degrees.  Bake 35--40min. more until knife inserted neat side comes out clean.  

Check this spice out on French Toast...WOW!!
