Garlic Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup Sour Cream

• 1/2 cup peeled, chopped cucumber

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 Tbl each dried chives and parsley

• 1/4 cup coarse ground mustard

• 1/2 tsp dried dill weed

• 1 Tbl Garlic Lover's

• 1 Tbl Creole Season

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Cover and refrigerate for at lease 4 hours.  Serve over broiled salmon, chicken or pork.
