Steamed Garden Vegetables

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup of baby carrots

• 1/2 cup cauliflower cut into small pieces

• 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets

• 1 Tbl Butter

• Juice from one Lemon

• E-Z Season

Instructions:

The easy way to cook this medley of vegetables is to use the microwave.  Place the carrots in a microwavable dish and cover with plastic wrap.  Place in microwave oven and cook for 1 minute.  Being careful of the steam, remove plastic and add the cauliflower, recover and cook 1 minute.  Uncover and add the broccoli and butter.  Cover and cook until all vegetables are tender.  Remove plastic and sprinkle with lemon juice and E-Z Season Greek.
