Chicago Steak

Ingredients:

• 12 to 14oz Choice or Prime NY Strip Steak

• Chop House Chicago Steak Season

• 1 Hot Charcoal or Gas Grill ready to cook!

Instructions:

Place steak on your hot grill and cook until a grill mark is on meat.  Turn steak over and sprinkle seasoning on the cooked side. 

Part way done with cooking, rotate the steak about 45degrees on grill. DO NOT turn over, Yet.  

Allow steak to continue to cook almost to desired doneness.  Turn over and season the cooked unseasoned side.  Cook addition minute.  Remove from grill and enjoy!
