Bourbon NY Strip Recipe

Ingredients:

• 12 to 14oz Choice or Prime NY Strip Steak

• Bourbon Molasses Seasoning

• Vegetable Oil

• 1 Medium Onion cut into thin strips

Instructions:

Season both sides of the steak with the Bourbon Mollasses seasoning.

Place steak on serving platter and drizzle with vegetable oil and set aside at room temperature. 

While steak is marinating, cut sauté onions over medium heat until lightly browned, set aside.

Place steak on hot grill and cook till desired doneness. When cook to desired doneness, place on clean serving plate and top with sautéed onions.
