Bayou Black

Traditional New Orleans Blackening Flavor.  NO MSG! 5oz


Blackened Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1  6oz Salmon Filet

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Bayou Black

Instructions:

Coat the salmon with Bayou Black.  Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.  Place an iron skillet on stove under medium to high heat.  Allow to get hot, about 5 minutes. Put canola oil or a canola oil blend into skillet.  Gently place salmon into skillet with presentation side down first.  Cook for approx. 2 minutes.  Turn over and cook additional 2 to 3 minutes until done.  Serve and top with your choice of condiment.
