Apple Butter Ham Steak

Ingredients:

• Ham Steak

• 1 Tbl oil

• 1 Tbl Butter

• Apple Butter Chop

 

Instructions:

Rub Apple Butter Chop seasoning on both sides of the ham steak.  Place the oil and butter in a sauté pan and turn heat to medium.  Place ham steak in pan and lightly cook on each side.  Sprinkle addition seasoning in desired.  Remove from pan and set aside.  Add 1 cup of water into pan and scrap any deposits off bottom of pan.  Simmer until slightly reduced. Pour over ham steak when served.

Try this on pork chops too!
